The artist liaison will communicate information to the artists all the way from the application stage to the closing of Festival. You will work closely with the Producers to understand the process and oversee all communication with accepted artists. They will make promotional materials (flyers, picture, videos, etc.) as needed, schedule and track posts on social media, send out press releases and newsletters and help research marketing opportunities.This position's responsibilities begin immediately.

This person will work closely with the producers to ensure the festival has an adequate number of volunteers, Secure Main Venue Manager at each venue, Secure Main Box Office Manager at each venue, Ensure each venue is staffed, Prep their volunteers and run at least two volunteer trainings.
